IFB Freightbridge (M) Sdn. Bhd. is currently seeking a Business Support to join our team. As the Business Support, your role involves executing and facilitating the daily operations of the company, coordinating personnel and processes to achieve effective communication, negotiation, a customer-oriented approach, and the distribution of goods across various channels, all aimed at ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization. Key Responsibilities: – Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. – Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities. – Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email. – Collaborating with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and optimize business opportunities. – Handling customers’ inquiries, requests, and complaints related to delivery, billing statements preparations, and validations. – Working in a small, harmonized team and covering all aspects of the sales and operation process. – Other ad-hoc tasks, urgent duties, projects, as well as assignments. Requirements: – Candidate must possess at least a STPM/Professional Certification/Diploma, preferably major in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, and/or Marketing. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. – Applicants with a minimum of 3-5 years of pertinent experience in the logistics/freight forwarding industry are preferred, but recent graduates are also encouraged to apply. – Ability to multitask and track multiple processes throughout the supply chain. – An excellent communicator with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse cultures; proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage. – Positive customer service skills with the ability to communicate eloquently and effectively.
