Job Description
Administration
- Order/Invoice Processing & monitoring
- Liaising with Suppliers (Purchasing)
- Manage all internal admin matters
- Sales & marketing Support (marketing collaterals, events)
- Financial Reporting Support
- Customer & Supplier Contracts coordination & administration
- Provide secretary and admin support to the CEO Office
Client & Operation Management
- Manage Customer onboarding
- SOPs & ISO Certifications support
- Main Liaison for customers (contract fulfilment, billings, payments, and relationship management) and monitor customer satisfaction
- Customer contracts & renewals (commercial issues)
- Monitor customer SLA reporting distribution
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years working experience in customer service management, corporate administration, process management, or sales support
- Diploma or Degree in Business administration or Marketing or Business studies
- Good English verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently, multi-task, analytical, and be resourceful
- Familiar with office automation tools: Powerpoint, Word, Excel
- Practical experience in ICT industry is an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
