Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as a Business Management Lecturer. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering lectures and conducting practical sessions on various business management topics. You will be expected to create engaging lesson plans, facilitate discussions, and evaluate students’ progress.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business management, with a focus on areas such as strategic planning, organizational behavior, and leadership. An advanced degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, and prior teaching experience would be highly advantageous.
In addition to teaching responsibilities, the Business Management Lecturer will also be expected to mentor and advise students, participate in departmental meetings, and contribute to curriculum development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
