Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Business Management and Sales Associate. As a Business Management and Sales Associate, you will be responsible for managing and developing customer relationships, driving sales, and assisting with business development strategies.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Generating leads and cold calling potential clients
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Identifying new business opportunities and markets
- Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies
- Preparing sales presentations and proposals
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
- Prior experience in sales or business development is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
