Job Description
THE COMPANY:
Our client is an international freight forwarding company. The company provides customers with efficient, cost-effective solutions and multi-modal transportation services around the world. The company has a strong network and offices in Europe, Asia, America, Africa, Oceania, and Middle East.
We are seeking a dynamic, competent, and suitably qualified Business Development Manager that will be based in Selangor.
THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE:
- Passionate and capable who is willing to develop a career in Business Development.
- Responsible to meet or exceed customers’ needs with creativity and solution design.
- To focus on identifying and understanding customer needs, developing appropriate solutions, customer relationship building, member of cross-functional team, and secure customer on board.
- Responsible for meeting weekly and monthly sales targets.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
- SPM, Diploma, Degree or Equivalent.
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in the shipping/Logistics industry, preferably from a freight forwarding environment (Senior Sales Executive).
- Well-versed in Microsoft Skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, hardworking, result and customer-oriented.
- Language(s) required: English and Malay.
- Possess own transport.

Pay: RM3,500.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
