Our client is a renowned multinational corporation with a strong presence in the food and beverage industry. They established themselves several decades ago and have evolved into a key player in the FMCG market. They operate across various product segments.
About the job
This is a newly created position and also a pioneer opportunity reporting to the Managing Director.
- You will need to create key selling points for the company’s product and differentiate the brand from competitors.
- Develop market potential for Malaysia and international markets.
- Understand consumer needs and business potential for any new products through market research, consumers, customers, and competitor insights and analytics.
- Creating and co-creating brands with the Brand Team.
- Designing route to market strategy with relevant teams and potentially building RTM execution team.
- Provide value-added analysis to Commercial teams for pricing decisions, brand investments, trade spending, and asset investments e.g. the selling price, margin, and channel strategy.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the FMCG industry, experience in dairy is an added advantage.
- Track record of new customer acquisition.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent.
