Exterpark Sdn Bhd is looking for a Business Development Executive. We offer a fast-paced working environment, good learning opportunities, and career growth, along with a great remuneration package. The commission is based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

Job Description:

• Promote and present products to developers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and specifiers in the Malaysia construction project market.
• Approach potential clients via cold calls, emails, trade shows, existing databases, and meetings.
• Attend to customer inquiries and prepare sales proposals/quotations.
• Address clients’ needs by providing them with information and recommending solutions.
• Manage project/sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities.
• Forecast sales to enable operations planning.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Possess initiative with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fast learning, proactive, good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, and ability to work as a team.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Office and Teams software.
• Great written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge of a third language/dialect is an added advantage.
• Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys challenges.
• Working experience in the building material/flooring/decking sector is an added advantage.
• Possess own transport. This job requires travel within KL, Selangor, and occasionally outstation.
• Qualifications: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree.
