Job Description
To achieve and generate new business opportunities from the leads provided by Business Development.
Continuously generate client’s interest to close each sales process milestone.
Organising sales visits & secure appointments with the necessary decision-maker.
Conduct site assessments together with the technical team to understand client business issues.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
Meet with potential clients to determine their needs.
To achieve sales KPI and sales targets assigned by the company.
To submit and provide sales reports and market feedback.
Confidence in engaging customers and making sales (to cover 7-11, My News & LBS (KL)).
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably from the Construction Industry.
Fluent in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin would be a bonus).
Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills.
