Job Description
Position: Business Development Manager (BTL) – Klang – (240010F)
- Solicit and market loan and products to sole-props, partnerships, and professional bodies.
- Build networking and establish relationships with professionals and business associations for acquiring a new customer base.
- Ensure bundling cross-selling to generate fee-based income from Forex, CASA, and Insurance.
- Proactively manage customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales service.
- Support all marketing activities under the Emerging Business umbrella.
- Assist the Head of Enterprise Mass Market in achieving team targets.
Qualifications:
- Degree in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a focus on customer service
- Ability to engage and build rapport with external stakeholders
- Organized and meticulous
- Fresh graduates without experience are welcome; training provided.
