Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Account management: Develop relationships with existing customers and ensure their needs are met. Collaborate with sales management team to ensure customer SOPs are in place and modify/create new SOPs when necessary to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research on products, trends, and standards, and develop corresponding sales strategies. Evaluate potential opportunities and threats when implementing regional marketing plans.
- Sales volume: Develop sales plans based on market research and revenue targets. Generate new leads, understand product standards and work closely with the R&D team to develop products as per market/customer requirements.
- Customer service: Ensure customer service levels meet expectations and are considered during quoting.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a degree in business management/marketing or equivalent.
- Experience in market development, particularly in furniture industry or related fields, is an advantage.
- 7-8 years of managerial experience, preferably in the furniture industry.
- Strong learning ability, adaptability, and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work in Klang Utama, Selangor.
