Job Description

This role is a combination of communication, administration, and controls-oriented responsibilities. The main focus of the role is to provide communication and administrative support such as preparing relevant and engaging content for marketing campaigns & membership and assist in managing customer database and analytics for our management and outlets and the respective teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns and communication materials.
• Conduct market research to develop content for marketing campaigns and membership.
• Utilize data to innovate new ideas and improve processes to optimize marketing campaigns.
• Assist in writing and editing content including proposals and correspondences that communicate the organization’s activities internally / externally.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Work closely with Club Managers to ensure the marketing campaigns are implemented effectively.
• Manage administrative processes.

Job Requirements:

• At least Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words and Power Point).
• Familiarity with analytical and database tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM3,00.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
