Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
- Identify client needs and propose suitable products/services.
- Customize product solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Seek new business opportunities proactively.
- Set up client meetings with account executives.
- Report sales results to the business development manager.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with various sales techniques including cold calls.
- Achievement of sales quotas track record.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, communication, direct marketing, market research, negotiation, sales, telemarketing.
Other Benefits:
- Commission and bonus based on sales performance.
- Full-time, Permanent position with a salary range of RM2,500.00 – RM3,00.00 per month.

Schedule:
- Day shift, Monday to Friday.
- Supplemental pay types: Commission pay.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 1 year in Business Development preferred.
