Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Executive – Leasing to drive leasing growth, source new clients, and manage property lease negotiations.

Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting leasing proposals, negotiating terms, coordinating site visits, and achieving leasing targets.

Requirements: 2+ years in property leasing or sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, customer-focused, ability to analyze market trends, valid driver’s license.
