Job Description
Regulatory Compliance
- Regularly conduct surveys and collect feedback from sales representatives.
- Handle product complaints.
Inventory Management
- Plan monthly inventory.
- Follow up on PR/PO.
- Work closely with finance for purchasing budget.
Customer Management
- Manage all enquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Report all product complaints to immediate superior and regulatory department in writing within 24 hours, following Standard Operating Procedures.
Departmental and Administration Support
- Support business development activities for existing and new products.
- Assist and support management in sales contract and agreement review.
