Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to support the Business Development Executive (BDE) in leasing coordination, sales performance tracking, and vending product analysis.

This role focuses on data support, documentation, coordination, and reporting, ensuring smooth execution of expansion activities and continuous monitoring of machine performance.

Key Responsibilities1. Leasing & Site Coordination Support

  • Assist BDE in coordinating potential locations for café outlets and vending machine placements
  • Liaise with landlords, mall management, building owners, and property agents on tenancy matters
  • Arrange site visits and internal feasibility checks
  • Support preparation and filing of tenancy documents (LOO, Tenancy Agreement, renewals, amendments)
  • Track lease start/end dates, renewal deadlines, and maintain proper documentation records

2. Sales Performance Tracking

  • Assist in compiling and analyzing sales data by:
  • Machine
  • Location
  • Region
  • Site type
  • Track performance of new and existing sites
  • Prepare regular sales reports for BDE and management review
  • Monitor rental vs sales data for reporting purposes

3. Product Mix & Vending Sales Analysis

  • Track sales performance of products in vending machines (coffee types, beverages, snacks if applicable)
  • Identify best-selling and slow-moving products for reporting
  • Assist in preparing data for product mix reviews
  • Coordinate with Operations when product menu updates are required

4. Pre-Opening Data Support

  • Assist BDE in collecting data for new site feasibility
  • Compile sales comparisons from similar existing locations
  • Prepare summary reports for management review

5. Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with Operations on site readiness and installation schedules
  • Liaise with Finance on rental payments, deposits, and billing documentation
  • Provide administrative and reporting support to the BDE

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Property, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years experience in coordination, sales reporting, leasing admin, or commercial support roles
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, basic data analysis)
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Good communication and follow-up ability
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
