Job Description
1. Liaises with stakeholder/product owner to understand the business issues and organization requirements
2. Prepare and review the business processes, requirements and functional specifications based on the proposed solutions.
3. Reports, tracks, and monitors any issues raised by stakeholder/product owner and ensures the issues are resolved in a timely manner.
4. Communicates closely with stakeholder/product owner and manages the stakeholder/product owner’s expectations and deliverables.
5. Works closely with the technical team and manager to ensure successful delivery of the projects according to the schedule.
6. Leads the testing effort
7. Assists in the user training and presentation.
8. Assists to define intuitive user interface design (process flows, wire frames, mock-ups, and prototypes)
9. Documenting and communicating the results.
10. Working closely with clients, technical staff, and managerial staff.
