Job Description
Join Oriental Property Management Sdn Bhd as a Building Technician. Your main responsibilities will include repairing and maintaining air conditioning systems, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical installations. You will also monitor facility equipment performance and coordinate with external contractors while being on 24-hour standby.
To qualify, you should have a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, relevant certifications, and ideally 1-2 years of experience. Candidates near Serdang, Puchong, Seri Kembangan, or Putrajaya are encouraged to apply.
Salary: RM2,200.00 – RM2,700.00/month plus benefits.
