Job Descriptions:
We are seeking talented individuals to join our team. Responsibilities include:
- Prepare quotations and follow up on leads
- Conduct site visits and meetings
- Review drawings and contract documents
- Expand client base and create new business opportunities
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with the project team
- Willingness to work extra hours when needed
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate in Construction/Building Surveying
- Minimum 1 year experience or fresh graduates welcome
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Autocad & Adobe Photoshop (intermediate)
- Must have own transportation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Committed, proactive, and positive attitude
