Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To plan and carry out routine and preventive inspections on the Company premise/buildings/surroundings to ensure facilities are well maintained.
- To oversee the regular maintenance and servicing of the entire Company’s office & safety equipment and appliances, including Hub, Warehouse, and Branches (for certain tasks).
- To monitor all utilities and facilities (e.g. plumbing, lighting & electrical, landscape, rubbish disposal, pest control, auto-gate, barricade, vending machines, etc.) and liaise with vendors/contractors on breakdowns & malfunctions and schedule preventive maintenance.
- To oversee the cleanliness of the entire Company premise and ensure all cleaning supplies, tools, and dustbins are adequately provided for the use of cleaning crew/all staff.
- To oversee and monitor the condition of the building structure (e.g. cracks) and aesthetic of the building facade (e.g. painting, refurbishment, etc.).
- To coordinate with security to monitor the assigned carparks and visitor registration.
- To monitor the safety of the Company premise/buildings/surroundings by ensuring scheduled checks/patrolling by security personnel.
- To carry out any other duties that the management may assign from time to time.
