Location: Tun Hussein Onn, Cheras

Requirements:

• 3 years and above experience in related fields.
• Property Management/Real Estate education background.
• Knowledgeable in SMA 2013 Act 757.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Possess good critical thinking skills.
• Possess good problem-solving skills.
• Possess good leadership skills.
• Possess good management and administration skills.
• Possess good computer skills.

JD:

1. To implement and enforce house rules & regulation in order to create a conducive living environment.
2. To monitor and manage the operations of service providers (e.g. domestic cleaning, security services, pest control, lift maintenance, firefighting equipment, etc.).
3. Ensure compliance with all safety rules and regulations.
4. To administer service charge, sinking fund collection, and maintenance of building strata.
5. To prepare & provide daily/monthly reports to the JMB/MC on the status of the condition pertaining to issues such as operational, financial, manpower, etc.
6. Must be familiar with Strata Management Act 2013 (757), Strata Management Regulation 2015, Strata Management Tribunal 2015 and able to liaise with the local council.
7. Must be able to comprehend building construction plans and drawings.
8. Able to manage suppliers, control, and monitor facility budget.
