Job Description
- Site based work involving liaison with consultants, sub-contractors, vendors & related parties for INSPECTION OF BUILDING DEFECTS, HAND OVER KEYS and daily site operations
- Planning/ Implementation/ Coordination/ Supervision/ Monitoring of construction activities in accordance to Drawings, Specifications, Construction Planning, Schedules & Procedures and etc
- Possess good interpersonal & communication skills
- Related past work experiences in small to medium buildings will be added advantage
- Related diploma / Tertiary Education is required
- Self-motivated & proactive in work are highly desired
