Job Description
Your Job:
- Obtain custom exemption for all import / export / taxation shipments.
- Track and trace custom documents.
- Contact customers to request documents for custom submission.
- Remind customers for tax payment to smooth custom process flow.
- Liaise with custom and any local authorities.
- Ensure all shipments have smooth and timely customs process flow and comply with the rules and regulations.
- Prepare reports for all incoming and outgoing activities.
You Require:
- Computer skills to key in Excel & system.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English/Bahasa Malaysia.
- Minimum SPM holder.
- 5.5 days working & overtime.
- Experience working with international logistics companies.
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Location: KLIA Sepang
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,900.00 – RM2,300.00 per month
