Job Description

Your Job:

  • Obtain custom exemption for all import / export / taxation shipments.
  • Track and trace custom documents.
  • Contact customers to request documents for custom submission.
  • Remind customers for tax payment to smooth custom process flow.
  • Liaise with custom and any local authorities.
  • Ensure all shipments have smooth and timely customs process flow and comply with the rules and regulations.
  • Prepare reports for all incoming and outgoing activities.

You Require:

  • Computer skills to key in Excel & system.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English/Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Minimum SPM holder.
  • 5.5 days working & overtime.
  • Experience working with international logistics companies.

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay

Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Location: KLIA Sepang

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,900.00 – RM2,300.00 per month
