Job Description
Are you passionate about crafting delicious beverages and creating exceptional experiences for customers? We are seeking energetic individuals to join our dynamic team as Brew Crew members.
As a Brew Crew member, you will be responsible for brew preparation, brewing processes, and maintaining the quality of our beverages. You will have the opportunity to learn and excel in coffee brewing, tea blending, and other beverage preparation techniques.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing and brewing beverages according to standard recipes
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the brewing area
- Ensuring product quality by following brewing procedures and standards
- Assisting with inventory management and stock rotation
- Providing exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and providing product recommendations
