Job Description
- Take accountability and drive sales initiatives for the assigned brand by proactively approaching customers with a welcoming smile, discovering their needs, and inspiring them to make additional purchases.
- Ensure the perfect presentation of our assortment through your great attention to detail and pride in the brand, and create an unforgettable shopping experience with your dedicated advice and attentive support.
- Take responsibility for the accurate and careful handling of checkout processes.
- Regularly participate in assortment-related training sessions to extend your product knowledge and to grasp current and future trends.
- Actively live our Heinemann culture and values, engage with other team members on a personal and professional level, share your expertise, and strive for the team’s success.
