Job Description
Responsible for managing the day-to-day branch operation and various aspects of human resource, customer service, marketing, finance, and staff training to ensure accountabilities in the branch is effectively and efficiently implemented.
- Responsible for entire branch operation ensuring efficient sales performance, budget management, adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity, company policies and procedures.
- To ensure proper execution of all monetary transaction at branch, to review and provide feedback to management for any discrepancies.
- To ensure that staff planning for the branch is at optimum level.
- To ensure that daily loan and monthly target for branch and effort meets the desired target.
- To ensure that daily Purchase Back and monthly target for branch and effort meets the desired target
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least an SPM/O Level/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field or equivalent; or at least 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Retailing or similar field.
- Able to work according to retail hours, including weekends & Public Holidays (Alternate Rest Day).
- Must have the passion and drive to grow together with the team.
- Possess transport for travelling and transferable.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM5,00.00 – RM6,00.00 per month
