Working day

Wed-Fri: 10am to 7pm / 12pm to 9pm

Sat & Sun: 08:30am to 5:30pm / 10:30am to 7:30pm

Working location: Kota Kemuning

Job description:

• In charge of handling various operational aspects such as managing classroom setting, sales, inventory/expense control, duty roster, quality control, customer services, sales, etc.
• Create and maintain a culture focused on customers, enhancing customers’ experience with good relationship management that leads to long-term business growth.
• Result-oriented, managing customers’ inquiries and generating sales/projects.
• Handling branch social media.
• Propose ideas to enhance the positive operation of the branch from time to time.
• Ensure each customer is welcomed with a genuinely sincere manner and spend appropriate quality time with the students. Understand the students’ needs and demands from time to time.
• Organize workshops/events/promotions that help the branch achieve better sales.
• Computer literacy encompassing strong familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.

Qualification:

1. Diploma in Marketing/Administration.
2. Possess customer service and communication skills.
3. Highly driven with good organizational skills, independent, positive attitude, a team player with good interpersonal skills.
4. Well-versed in English/Mandarin/Malay.
5. Working at Kota Kemuning, able to commit longer term.
6. Five (5) working days, rest on weekday.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
