Job Description
Join Lidya KL Holding as a Boutique Sales Consultant. You will welcome customers, offer personalized styling and product advice, drive sales through upselling and cross-selling, and build lasting relationships to meet targets. Maintain product knowledge including fabrics, fits, and care; assist merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory checks, and POS transactions; uphold boutique presentation and customer service standards. Requirements: retail or customer service experience preferred, passion for fashion, strong communication, problem-solving, cash/POS familiarity, and a professional appearance. Full-time, RM1,800–RM3,00/month; meal provided; in-person.
