Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with basic inquiries and direct them to sales staff when needed
- Help arrange, organize, and replenish merchandise on the shop floor
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the boutique at all times
- Support sales staff during busy hours
- Assist with packing, tagging, steaming, or folding merchandise
- Help with stock handling and inventory organization
- Receive and store new deliveries properly
- Ensure fitting rooms are clean and organized
Requirements & Qualifications:
- No prior experience required (training will be provided)
- Friendly and polite attitude
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift light items
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Skills & Attributes:
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic understanding of customer service
- Attention to cleanliness and organization
- Dependable and punctual
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
