Job Description
Serves walk-in customers by helping and meeting customer needs.
Recommend and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
Provide excellent customer service, cashiering, administrative functions including ad hocs if required.
Fully responsible for the boutique daily operation including opening & closing of the boutique, sales, boutique’s cleanliness & safety in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
To monitor and ensure stock inventory is always available and sufficient to achieve the sales target.
Offer a consistently good memorable customer service experience.
Works toward achieving target sales set by Headquarters.
Report daily sales to the Operation Manager.
