Job Description
Serves walk-in customers by helping and meeting customer needs
Recommend and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires
Provide excellent customer service, cashiering, administrative functions including ad hocs if required
Fully responsible for the boutique daily operation including opening & closing of boutique, sales, boutique’s cleanliness & safety in accordance to standard Operating procedure (SOP)
To monitor and ensure stock inventory is always available and sufficient to achieve the sales target
Offer a consistently good memorable customer service experience
Works toward achieving target sales set by Head Quarter
Report daily sales to Operation Manager
