Job Description

Penerbitan Pelangi Sdn. Bhd is seeking a motivated and friendly Bookstore Associate to join our team. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers, providing excellent service, promoting sales, managing inventory, operating the cash register, and maintaining store cleanliness.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum SPM qualification, at least 1 year of retail experience, and fluency in Bahasa Melayu and English. Knowledge of cash registers or POS systems is essential; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
