Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Booking Team Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our booking operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming booking inquiries via phone and email
- Assist customers in finding suitable packages and making reservations
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure all bookings are properly managed
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer details
