Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Booking Team Admin. As a Booking Team Admin, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the booking process for our company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming booking requests and ensuring all necessary information is collected
- Coordinating with various departments to schedule and confirm bookings
- Maintaining accurate records of all bookings and relevant details
- Communicating with clients to confirm booking details and answer any queries
- Assisting with any administrative tasks related to the booking process
The ideal candidate for this position should have strong organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, but it is not required.
