Job Description
- Berform duties related to the daily operation of boiler systems and its auxiliary equipment.
- Ensure the boiler systems and its auxiliary equipment are in optimal condition for smooth operations.
- Minimize disruptions to the boiler systems.
- Undertake troubleshooting activities in case of boiler and auxiliary equipment breakdowns.
- Identify and implement alternative solutions adhering to SOPs to ensure uninterrupted production during breakdowns.
- Monitor the water quality in the boiler and take immediate action if it doesn’t meet the specified standards.
- Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and keep records in the logbook.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and usage of safe boiler systems at all times.
- Coordinate and assist in inspections and audits by relevant departments.
- Perform other maintenance tasks as directed by the Head of Department.
