Job Description
To liaise with external & internal parties i.e port officials and related authorities with regard to all operation system and as per company procedure.
To follow instruction given by superior to meet dateline and client demand.
To respond enquiries and comment from clients and authorities or Master of the vessel.
Provide port disbursement account to customer upon request and follow up.
Ensure all vessel operation file is done properly and hand it to relevant PIC’s.
Monitor emails pertaining to the branch and ports.
Responsible for sign on/off for crew vessel and all port operations.
Communicate immediately for any additional service requirements, product and special requests by the Captain, Owner, Charterer or Principal.
Perform any other duties as requested by the Superior.
