Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To liaise with external and internal parties regarding operation systems.
- Follow instructions to meet deadlines and client demands.
- Respond to inquiries from clients, authorities, or vessel Master.
- Provide port disbursement accounts and follow up with customers.
- Ensure proper vessel operation file management.
- Monitor branch and port-related emails.
- Responsible for crew vessel sign on/off and all port operations.
- Communicate promptly for any additional service requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
Requirement & Qualification:
- Computer literate with knowledge in Shipping Industry.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- SPM/Diploma in Shipping or related studies.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Preferably male candidates.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
