Job Description
- Receive documents from Proof of Delivery (POD) department and verify completeness for local, Johor, and Singapore shipments.
- Sort and complete documentation according to customer requirements and charges.
- Prepare invoices by customers and issue invoices through the system (Maslog).
- Check all invoices for accuracy before printing and storing in the system (Laserfiche).
- Pack all invoices and update dispatch files in Excel format.
- Scan and store all documents in the system (Laserfiche) and file physical copies accordingly.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
