Job Description
- Process billing transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Verify the accuracy of invoices and resolve any discrepancies
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders regarding billing inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and client information
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure billing processes are efficient and effective
- Prepare reports and analyze billing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
