Job Description

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary school/SPM/”O” or in any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Willing to learn.
  • Pleasant and well-groomed & Punctuality.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Preferably Non-Executive, specialized in service line or equivalent will be in advantage.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturday.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist walk-in owners/tenants regarding any inquiries, complaints, outstanding and payment details.
  • Assist owners/tenants through email regarding payments, change of owner name.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls to/from owners/tenants pertaining to all matters.
  • Update daily collection and email it to respective person.
  • Prepare disconnection notices for each block and check the cut-off list.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks, develop and maintain filing system as required.
  • Check and reconcile the bank payment slips in the bank statement given by finance.
  • Plan schedule for reminders, disconnection, and cut-off dates.
  • Familiar with computerized accounting system such as AutoCount.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Additional experience in Audit and International Accounting.
  • Follow up on payments as needed.
  • Handle AR/AP, bank reconciliation, and data entry.
  • Ensure credit and collection policies and procedures are followed within the team.
  • Perform office administrative duties and fulfill any other assigned tasks by superior.
  • Take any additional responsibilities as required to meet the company’s needs.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects supporting team projects and tasks when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
