Job Description
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary school/SPM/”O” or in any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to learn.
- Pleasant and well-groomed & Punctuality.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Preferably Non-Executive, specialized in service line or equivalent will be in advantage.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturday.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in owners/tenants regarding any inquiries, complaints, outstanding and payment details.
- Assist owners/tenants through email regarding payments, change of owner name.
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls to/from owners/tenants pertaining to all matters.
- Update daily collection and email it to respective person.
- Prepare disconnection notices for each block and check the cut-off list.
- Perform routine administrative tasks, develop and maintain filing system as required.
- Check and reconcile the bank payment slips in the bank statement given by finance.
- Plan schedule for reminders, disconnection, and cut-off dates.
- Familiar with computerized accounting system such as AutoCount.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Additional experience in Audit and International Accounting.
- Follow up on payments as needed.
- Handle AR/AP, bank reconciliation, and data entry.
- Ensure credit and collection policies and procedures are followed within the team.
- Perform office administrative duties and fulfill any other assigned tasks by superior.
- Take any additional responsibilities as required to meet the company’s needs.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects supporting team projects and tasks when required.
