Job Description
About the Job Descriptions:
- To perform daily entry tasks.
- To be responsible for order placement and shipment monitoring on time.
- To ensure import/export documentation is prepared timely and accurately.
- To handle quotations according to customer’s requirements timely and accurately.
- To prepare shipping documentation such as bill of lading, commercial invoices, and billing shipments.
- To assist in clerical/administration works such as filing, handling phone calls, and handle other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
- To provide general administrative and clerical support to the superior as required.
