Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Mandarin Interpreter to join our team as a Customer Support representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing interpretation services between Mandarin-speaking customers and our English-speaking customer support team.

As a Bilingual Mandarin Interpreter, your main duties will include answering customer inquiries and providing technical support through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and chat. You will need to possess excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English to ensure accurate and effective interpretation.

Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting customer issues, identifying patterns, and escalating complex problems to the relevant departments. You must have a strong customer-centric approach, as your role will involve resolving customer complaints and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

To qualify for this position, you must be fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer support or interpretation is preferred but not required. A strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure are also essential for success in this role.
