Job Description

We are currently looking for a skilled Bilingual Japanese and English Technical Recruiter to join our Managed Services Recruitment team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various technical positions within our organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Utilize your fluency in both Japanese and English to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
• Identify and attract candidates through various sourcing strategies, including job postings, social media, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Evaluate resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and communicate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including negotiating job offers and facilitating the onboarding process.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both Japanese and English is essential.
• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of technical roles and skills, particularly in the managed services industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
