Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of Bilingual Cantonese Interpreter – Customer Support. As an interpreter, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between our Cantonese-speaking customers and our English-speaking customer support team.

Your main role will be to listen to customer inquiries in Cantonese and provide accurate translations in real-time to our customer support representatives. You will need to possess excellent verbal communication skills in both Cantonese and English, as well as a strong understanding of cultural nuances.

In addition to providing language support, you will also assist customers with their concerns and questions regarding our products or services. This may include troubleshooting technical issues, providing product information, and addressing complaints or feedback.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in customer service or a similar field, along with fluency in both Cantonese and English. Strong multitasking abilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are also essential.
