Job Description
Position: Billing Clerk
Location: Bayu Perdana, Klang
Salary: RM 1,800.00 – RM 2,200.00 per month
Responsibilities:
– Ensure accurate and non-duplicative job openings
– Dispatch all invoices promptly for payment processing
– Support the billing team as required and handle other tasks assigned by the manager
– Compile and send all invoices
– Prepare Payment Vouchers for suppliers’ ad-hoc payment requests
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of working experience
– Must be proficient in Microsoft Office – Word & Excel
