Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Work with the marketing team to develop aspirational world-class drink applications for marketing purposes used by 13 countries across APAC.
• Provide support to the marketing team for content development.
• To develop various drink concepts with all ranges of MONIN products based on current trends and suited for different channels in different markets.
• Present drink concepts and product/brand showcase to customer and audiences.
• Work with the commercial to brainstorm ideas on practical drinks for client’s usage.
• Manage, support, and execute events, tastings, and trainings conducted at the studio.
• Manage the studio’s schedule of events and prepare all mandatories required.
• Conduct trainings and tastings that represent the brand well.
• Work together with commercial/BIs for all business and branding initiatives and development.
• Produce and submit all necessary reports correctly and on time.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years working experience in the hospitality industry.
• Extensive knowledge of the bar, coffee, and beverage industry.
• Knowledgeable on food, hospitality, and F&B industry as a whole.
• Knowledgeable on bar operations and management (e.g. stock inventory, equipment usage, bar care, and cleanliness).
• Ability to conceptualize and execute new method beverage development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,00.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
