Job Description
The Beverage Innovation Specialist is responsible for developing and creating new beverage products for our company. This position requires a strong knowledge and understanding of market trends, consumer preferences, and technical skills in beverage formulation. The specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement, conduct research and development activities, and collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and identify consumer trends in the beverage industry.
- Develop new beverage recipes and formulations that align with market demands.
- Manage product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients for product development.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute product launch strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for ingredients and labeling.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Beverage Technology, or a related field. They should have a strong passion for beverages and be knowledgeable about current market trends. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also important for this role.
