Job Description
– Extensive knowledge in the theory, principles, methods, observation, and analysis of psychology
– Able to monitor the developmental (cognitive) and behavioral stages of children
– Design behavioral interventions using appropriate assessment tools and methods aligned with the learning module
– Skilled in preparing and implementing effective activities
– Conduct early intervention programs
– Interested in teaching children with high patience
– Monitor intervention programs and provide advisory services to educators on the use of appropriate psychological theories, principles, and methods in the learning program
– Able to review and improve intervention program modules
– Maintain complete and accurate student development records
– Prepare student progress reports and review teacher reports
– Communicate with parents/guardians to help reduce abnormal behavior issues and enhance child development
– Perform other assigned tasks as required
* Workdays: Monday to Friday (45 hours per week)
