Job Description

Manage and train SOC linehaul loader to ensure right parcels pick up from staging area follow FIFO (First In First Out) manner, scan all the parcels before they load into the truck.

Manage truck and driver upon truck arrival at SOC/RC and departure from SOC/RC, including seal tag handling and management before the truck leaves the bay.

Assist linehaul supervisor to do 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) at the workstation & staging area to ensure the right parcel at the right staging.

Serve as a backup linehaul supervisor when the linehaul supervisor is not area; need to handle linehaul operation solo.
