Job Description
RUD Karting is looking to hire a talented Barista to join our team at Gamuda Cove Experience Gallery. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of beverages, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring quality, managing inventory, and handling payments.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing beverages such as coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty beverages.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area and work area.
- Ensuring the quality and consistency of beverages by following company standards.
- Conducting regular checks on ingredient freshness and quality.
- Monitoring and managing inventory levels.
- Handling payments accurately using a POS system.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in similar customer service roles preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
