Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages to our customers. Your role will include operating coffee-making equipment, interacting with customers, taking orders, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages according to customer preferences
- Operate coffee-making equipment efficiently
- Take orders and serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the coffee preparation area
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all coffee products
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of various coffee types and preparation techniques
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
